Apple and Prosciutto Pizza

We’ll be the first to admit that nothing beats a timeless pepperoni pizza with plenty of melty cheese. We’re also big fans of a classic supreme piled high with meats and veggies. And while those standbys will always be delicious, we also wholeheartedly believe that some of the best pizza combinations are discovered when you get creative with your ingredients.

This Apple and Prosciutto Pizza, AKA a Charcuterie Board Pizza, is just that. It’s a blend of ingredients you’d find on an expertly arranged charcuterie board. The flavor combination of salty prosciutto, sweet notes from fresh fruit, creamy, sharp cheddar, and a surprise pop of crunch from walnuts is spot on. And no red sauce required! A base of olive oil and garlic brings it all together for the perfect bite.
